Inclusive human resource management in freelancers' employment relationships: The role of organizational needs and freelancers' psychological contracts

چکیده

This study aimed to advance our understanding of inclusive human resource management (HRM) in freelance employment. We examined organizational needs and freelancers' psychological contracts with a qualitative interview among eight dyads HR managers freelancers. Although the findings showed that organisations freelancers have different interests, both parties agreed on what HRM entails employment relationships. However, within dyads, content contract was not always viewed same by Hence, negotiating mutual expectations when implementing avoid breach appeared important. Furthermore, did seem be considered designing HRM. Due this lack strategic fit, may waste opportunities tapping into full potential hiring The provide insight considering as sources competitive advantage.
